Getting Started

Well, I suppose my first adventure is simply setting up a "blog." As my brother never fails to point out, I'm not adventurous when it comes to computers, but this may be the most efficient means of communicating with family and friends back home.

I spent about two months at home in California, from mid-August to mid-October, spending much quality time with family, friends, and tomatoes. I was happy to be there, helping with the tomato harvest. It's a stressful time for my family, but dare I say I'd missed it the last few years while at Cornell. I returned to Ithaca for a short while in October, wrapping up loose ends with the fellowship that permits me to venture abroad. I began my travels on November 1, departing for Reus, Spain.
